Following graduation from Macalester College with a degree in English literature, Peggy Watson taught middle and high school students where she learned the skills to understand the educational process of buying and selling homes for clients. She recently marked four decades working for Coldwell Banker. Loyalty to friends/clients and knowledge of changes in the fluid real estate market are principles to which she adheres.
She earned sales awards year after year, has been a member of Distinctive Homes—now Global Luxury-- since 2000 and received designation of Super Agent by Mpls St. Paul Magazine multiple years.
Personal Note
During a twenty year hiatus between teaching and working in real estate sales, my family lived in three states: California for my husband’s medical internship. Montana for a two year stint in the Air Force. Wisconsin for medical residency at UW Madison. Three children were born in each of the three states. In 1972, we moved back to MN.
